The following table gives you an overview about our pricing schemes. Customization can easily be agreed on and realized upon request. The schemes will be further developed according to our customers' - your - needs. Therefore we need you to send us all your questions and customization requests - we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please refer to our contact page and get in touch with us!

All incoming mail is scanned, saved to hard disk, and sent to you as one single zip file - without sub-folders and no "spam" filter applied. The original mail is put to your folder. |
The zip folder you receive contains sub-zip-folders for each topic. Adver-tisement will be se-parately stored in one sub-folder. The original mail in the folder has the same structure. |
All correspndence is briefly read to derive from its content the necessary actions to be undertaken, which will be stated in an accompanying letter so they can be agreed upon with you. |

"d-mail me!"
For any mail sent to our mail box containing an email address and the full name of the addressee a paypal payment request will be sent via email so the scanned mail can after payment sent to the receiver.
General terms and conditions
- All mail received will be registered upon receipt with an incoming stamp with the actual date.
- All mail will be stored in separate files until its retrieval by the owner (only if explicitely agreed upon advertisement can be thrown out after its being scanned).
- d-mail obliges itself to absolute confidentiality with respect to the clients' mail and will never hand out the clients' mail to any third party.
- Scans follow our general naming convention: [sender]_[subject]_[DDMMYYYY].pdf - but as always: differing conventions can be agreed upon on request.
- Usually one letter will be stored as one *.pdf document containing all its pages.
- Although adhering to absolute confidentiality with respect to our clients we ask you for your understanding that any criminal offenses or actions discussed in the clients' mail will cause us to contact the client for clarification and can possibly prompt us in contacting the police
